Price:
Rental is $2100 in U.S. dollars for a one week stay, which is our minimum.

Minimum stay:
One week

Discounts available for stays of two weeks and longer, with much lower rates for rentals of three months or longer.

Terms:
Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive your check for one half of the total fee, and will be guaranteed from that time on.

Once we have received your final payment (due eight weeks prior to your occupancy), we will send you all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and our representative's telephone numbers). We will also ask you to provide us information on your flight and arrival time.

Security deposit:
The fully refundable $300 (U.S.) security deposit is payable along with your second payment, and usually returned to you uncashed.

Access to the apartment:
Our Paris liaison will be waiting for you at the apartment. If your flight is delayed, don't worry! Since we have your flight information, she will be checking its status and will be at the apartment right on time. You should be able to check-in upon arrival; but in the event that previous customers are leaving the same day you arrive, check-in will be at 3:00 pm. Check-in before 9:00 am or after 7:00 pm will be submitted to a 50-euro fee payable directly to our Paris liaison. For your information, it usually takes about two hours between landing, customs clearance, luggage pickup, public transportation or taxi to Paris. Upon departure, check-out time is 10 am. As above, a later check-out may be available upon prior negotiation.
